Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order to the 50 US states.
Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery: your order usually arrives 5 to 7 business days after you place it, processing included. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Duties and fees: included in our prices. Nothing to pay at delivery.
Where we ship: the United States only, for now.
Lost or late package: if your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you.
