Refund policy

90-day money-back guarantee Carry your Halvard for up to 90 days from the day it is delivered. If you are not happy with it for any reason, email us at contact@halvardco.com with your order number. We reply with the return address. Send the wallet back, and we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving it. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Return shipping is paid by the customer. One guarantee refund per customer. Shipping to you is free, so there are no shipping costs to refund.

Damaged or wrong item If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 90 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Limited lifetime warranty After the 90 days, every Halvard is still covered by our limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as the original buyer owns it. Normal wear, accidents, loss and theft are not covered. Full terms: halvardco.com/pages/guarantee

Cancellations Want to change or cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible. If it has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
