Carry your Halvard for up to 90 days from the day it is delivered. If you are not happy with it for any reason, email us at contact@halvardco.com with your order number. We reply with the return address. Send the wallet back, and we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving it. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. One guarantee refund per customer.

Limited lifetime warranty

Who is covered. The original buyer of a Halvard wallet purchased on halvardco.com. Lifetime means for as long as you own your wallet.

What is covered. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use: the aluminum card case, the pop-up mechanism, the magnetic closure, the zipper and the stitching.

What is not covered. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, fading and the natural aging of the vegan leather. Damage from accidents, misuse, overfilling the card case, water or heat. Loss or theft. Wallets that have been modified or repaired by someone else, or bought from another seller.

What we will do. If your wallet has a covered defect, we send you a replacement free of charge, shipping included. If your model or color is no longer available, we send a comparable Halvard wallet or refund the price you paid.

How to make a claim. Email contact@halvardco.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo of the wallet. In most cases you will not need to send it back. If we ask for it, we send you a prepaid return label.

Limitations. This warranty does not cover the cards, cash or other items carried in the wallet, or any other incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 90 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
